Eva Hotnaidah Saragih, Ir., MA.

Eva Hotnaidah Saragih received her Master of Art in Human Resources Management from Westminster Business School in London in 1998.  She started her career working in 1992 at  PT Binaman Utama as a consultant in human resources management areas. Her clients ranged from NGO, government ownership to private companies, from social and education institution to IT, service, trading and manufacture companies. She is also a senior trainer of PPM Institute of Management, delivering public and in-house training in Supervisory Management, Effective Leadership, Designing Training Program, Human Resources Management, Managing People, and Performance Management.

Since completing her graduate studies, Eva has involved in teaching team delivering lectures for pre MBA and MBA programs at PPM School of Management. Scope of her interests in lecturing at the undergraduate and MBA program are the following subjects: Self Development, Team Building, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior and Performance Management. Her research interests also grew and  focused on those subjects. Based on the result of her researches, she has developed cases and articles to be used in the teaching and learning activities at PPM Graduate School of Management.

Besides teaching, she is also holding positions as Associate Dean for Student Affairs at PPM Graduate School of Management and Editor of MANAJEMEN BestPractice. She is now pursuing her Doctoral Degree at Program Doktor Manajemen Bisnis Institut Pertanian Bogor.

Eva has received Chevening Award from British Embassy in 1997. She has also received IATSS Forum Scholarship sponsored by Honda Japan in 2001.
